Our methodology

BIyond’s unique and proprietary methodology – RAPID – is based on numerous successful Data & Analytics projects for various organizations, and on deep expertise in business- and technology-related domains. We always keep a considerable amount of flexibility and adjust ourselves to each specific customer, in order to tailor our services perfectly to the customer’s specific needs.

The fundamentals of the RAPID Methodology are the following phases:

Roadmap definition: A short and focused process in which BIyond maps and analyses the business, data and technology aspects of the future Data & Analytics solution, and creates a long-term plan

Assess technology: Evaluate and select the best-fitting technology stack for the planned Data & Analytics solution

Project planning: Carefully planning the project, including scoping, phases, resources, costs, etc.

Implementation: End-to-end solution implementation in an Agile approach, including technology setup, solution architecture and design, and DEV + QA cycles for DB, data integration and analytics tools

Deployment: Pre-launch (evaluation), launch and post-launch (documentation and training) activities – as well as on-going maintenance, support and solution enhancements
